IR35 Deemed Payment

Hi - sorry, bit of experience required !

I have a client who is caught by IR35 but works through a Ltd company as the sole director.

Now coming to do the accounts, my understanding is that I debit the salaries account, credit payroll control with the deemed payment (in total) and then debit payroll control with actual payments made and then deal with any balance in the directors loan account to avoid it being subjected to any double PAYE.

Deemed payment allowed against CT along with the actual expenses giving me the actual profit/loss which will be minimal.

Does this sound ok ?

Many thanks.
