Notifying HMRC of no PAYE Due

Does anyone know how to notify HMRC that no PAYE/NI is due for the month online? I'm sure I've read that there's been the facility to do so for the past 6 months or so, but I've had a look around a few times and can't find it! (and now I can't find this particular client's yellow book, so I'd be very grateful if someone can point me in the right direction...)
