Driving lessons

Client only uses the car for work. This is actually true, she had to learn to drive to allow her to work. There is no private use. She is a genuine person, not looking to make any old claim. Is this is a possible expense claim, or will the Revenue regard it as unacceptable? I've never heard of this before.
Thanks for your help.

In my opinion, no.
The driving lessons were to enable her to drive not to enable her to work. It will never pass the wholly and exclusively test.0 -
