can anyone tell me if you can countersign passports when AAT qualified

Signing Passports
Actually we can sign passports just as qualified members - we do not need to be fellows.
If you look at the guidance notes on the passports you can actually ask the landlord of your local pub!!! (Would have helped my ex-husband somewhat as the landlord knew him better than I did!!!)
I know that it is OK to sign as one of my "passport forms" did get picked out for the dreaded phone call and the passport office did call to verify - so they do check from time to time too.

My passport was signed off by a newly qualified AAT as was my dads, brothers and boyfriends0

Actually, Jodie is strictly correct.
You must be a FMAAT to sign off passports. I guess the passport office don't know the difference between MAAT & FMAAT!! :001_rolleyes:
