Accountants Template Letter

Hello everyone
I have just received my MIP licence and am raring to go. I was wondering if anybody has a template letter they use to send to accountants asking for freelance work, and if they would mind sharing it with me.

Also does everyone use the letter of engagement in the MIP toolkit or have you re-written it to make it more condensed. (It seems quite a long letter to me, even with taking out the services I’m not offering)
