Wording for ltd co accounts

Has anyone got a template on Word/Excel of the wording used for a small incorporated business for the year end accounts, please?

I don't have an accounting package and it looks like it will take ages to type up :)

    I might have some templates that might be helpful. for Ltd's and notes to the accounts etc.

    Hi,

    Can you also send me the set of accounts. Today i found out that my directors report is not proper. Hmrc inspector told me. So i would love to see a proper report and compare to mine. Thank you:001_smile:
