bacs payment set up for clients?

I have just started out self employed mip, and am thinkin about offering payroll how easy would it be to set up bacs payment for customers?

    We usually send out the payslips on a Monday / Tuesday and let the client sort their own bank payments.

    Bacs

    I don't have any personal experience of this, but I have a friend who runs a payroll bureau. I believe she found it expensive and long winded to set up BACS. I suppose you would start by talking to your bank.
    I also send payslips to clients in time for them to send payments.
