Just so you know... been having problems with my phone line and thus internet access for the past week. God knows when BT will get around to fixing it. So much for the supposed benefits of a business account and don't get me started at the amount of time I've spent on hold with various support desks I'm just hotdesking with friends and the library as and when.

Fecking nightmare.
