Letter Of Engagements

I am about to become self employed. I am going to start off by just offering bookkeeping services. As an AAT member are we obliged to prepare a letter of engagement to all our new clients? Wondered if any other AAT members in practice do this? Has anyone got an example layout one for me to see so I can get an idea of what one looks like and what I need to include?

Yes, I think most of us use one. Try the AAT website for a template. I am sure that's where mine originally came from.0

Hi,
According to standards, you have to have a contract with your client. I am also using one from aat website.
