guys and gals

need some help with some Unit 15 definitions, have my simulation this week. the 2 words are:

1) DRAWDOWN?

2) RECEIVERSHIP?

really need to know, this is an urgent matter, please help by giving me the definition and explaining

    A type of bankruptcy a company enters when a receiver is appointed by bankruptcy courts or creditors to run the company

    why don't you google the words and read around the subject?

    Drawdown is not so much a common term but it is quite serious if you don't understand what 'receivership' is - especially int his current climate.
