Unit 7 Report writing

in AAT Level 3 (Level 6 in Scotland)
I have been given some sales data that needs commented on for a sales director. I have manipulated the data to give percentages figures but now need to write the report. Can anyone suggest what a Sales Director would be looking for? None of the figures stand out to me apart from the fact that the sales seem to be seasonal. What should I try to produce?

Any Help would be great.

    I'm having the same problem as you, what to write and how to write it. Is it the Janis Robins report? I found out though, that one need to include groos and net profit margin and ROCE. Hope this will help you.:confused1:
