Having problems adding an avatar

Please can someone help me. I don't seem to be able to upload an avatar to my profile.

When I look in my control panel it shows one there but then when I post it doesn't show. What am I doing wrong???

At least this is taking my mind off unit 15!

    You probably just uploaded it as your profile pic the first time and not as your avatar.

    I went through the same thing last week. It was driving me mad but when I managed to get it to work I was so excited!:laugh:....................I'm sad I know!:blushing:

    Aww dont cry


    1 Download the picture you want on to your computer - then
    2 top corner click Private messages
    3 Edit Aviator (under settings on left hand side)
    4 browz (look where you saved picture (make sure only 100x100) )
    5 Save changes

    I can get as far as downloading a picture onto the desktop and then finding it by browsing on edit avator but don't know what you mean by make sure it's 100 x100.

    I had problems with this last week and didnt know what that meant either but its the size of the picture. I couldnt get the one I wanted as it was too big and I couldnt figure out how to convert it to the correct size so opted for one that was already 100 x 100 (is it pixels:001_unsure:)

    Not sure if thats any help. I was just glad I got one to work after trying for ages!:laugh:
