I have just started this book and I am answering the first questions on moving averages. Question 1.4. I know that a 5 point moving average is the first 5 added together and divided by 5 to get the average and you continue that way until all information has been used, but in the answer the first moving average starts on the 3rd line down. I assumed it would start on the 2nd line down. Can anyone explain to me please.

You start at line 3 as this is the mid-point of the range, you would start at line 2 when calculating a 3 point average.0
