Thanks for the Thread!

Nothing much, kids woke me early with copious boxes of chocolates (diet starts tomorrow - again!!). Jons gotta work the nightshift tonight so think it'll be a takeaway followed by birthday cake, with a meal out at the weekend instead.

My youngest wanted to know where my party was being held, and what I had put in the goody bags !!

The reality of my day is that I am at work and already bored out of my mind!!!! :thumbdown:

Sounds good though. :laugh: Every birthday is a a party day, even with the reality thrown in!!!! I'm same as you, at work and bored. The manic pace of budget setting has ceased and I'm at a complete standstill trying to scrape my brain (or cell) off the ceiling. :laugh:

Hey I'm a sad git what can I say!!!

I have been studying tonight (after pigging out on a takeaway with hubby and kids), you know what it's like, you pop on the forum to do a bit of research on questions and answers, and find yourself still on there a long time afterwards nosing around seeing what everyone else is up to!

Kids were upstairs, hubby had gone work what else was a girl to do??......

I wish I could go out and get ratted, but fear that I am such a lightweight that I would fall asleep after a couple of drinks!!

I am now truly showing my new age, as I am now going to bed to finish reading my book, and my computer is saying that it is only 9.20!!

Still, I intend going out on Saturday with hubby to have a belated celebration instead - hopefully a grown up evening out!

Hey Columbia I must have the record for falling asleep after drinking! It does take more than a couple though, and in in two months time I will be 10 years your senior :ohmy:
