Can anyone recommend a good book for Unit 11 - the one I am using is not clear it keeps throwing out new terminology and not explaining it!!

We're using the Osborne Tutorial and Workbook which I find very good. The tutorial has case studies, chapter summaries and glosseries followed by student activites for every chapter. there's answers to a few of the activites in the back of the book. The workbook is good if you have a tutor with the answers.0
