LLP Accounts

I have been asked to do what seem to be fairly straightforward accounts for an 2 partner LLP formed in 2006. 1st year accounts should have been filed by March 07 but haven't been done.
Is there any reasonably priced software, or perhaps a template that can be adapted? I have downloaded the required P & L and Bal formats and notes from the LLP 2008 regulations, but it looks as if it will be easier to have something already in existence to follow.
