P35 for Contractors

I've got a client who's registered as a contractor and has been submitting monthly returns. He's got no employees. Will he need to submit a P35? Seems like a bit of a pointless excercise but obviously I'd rather he did it than incur penalties!

    It's ok I've found out he doesn't need to send one
