I have a new client who I think may be caught retrospectively in the IR35 trap. I understand the principles of IR35 and the deemed payment etc., and am experienced in limited company accounts and corporation tax. However I have not dealt specifically with IR35 in practice before. Has anybody done this before? I would appreciate any advice and the benefit of anybody's experience.
