Profesional cover for MIP application

Hi all
Just taking the plunge in applying for a MIP licence, but need some one to act as professional cover, as required in the application. I'm based in Leicester in the midlands. If any one can help it will be much appreciated. I've also read if you have less than 6 clients you don't require professional cover, is this right? and if so do you skip the section on professional cover on the application?

If you have six or fewer clients then you do not require a professional cover but you must complete a declaration form available at www.aat.org.uk/continuityofpractice.

You also need to get your clients to agree to you not having a continuity of practice agreement in place.
