Please can anyone help me?

I have been asked if i will "look after" the accounts of a club that a friend is setting up. The club is a sporting club with members paying a membership fee once per year and then pay to enter events.

Anyway, It has been a VERY long time since I last saw club accounts - In fact it was when we covered it for the AAT exams. Has anyone got or tell me where I can get, a template of club accounts, or any advice on the rules of club accounts. I have done limited companies, partnershiops and sole traders but never clubs.

I won't be getting paid for this as I am doing it for a very good friend who would return a favour for me anytime.
