I had an email alert today (from a reliable source), telling me there are plans being considered to move the Budget to September from 2012 onwards.

Anyone else heard?

    Not heard anything but that is over 3 years away so lots could happen between then and now

    I think it's to do with the EU. The alert came from something I subscribe to. It would bring us in-line with Italy and Poland.
