Hi,
I am investigating a company director who's status of 2005 was "Inactive Principal" as per a directors report. Does anyone know where I can to check that this status is correct and also to find out what it means? I can only find the most basic of explanations on the net and remain confused.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
