Flights to China - Another VAT Question

I have another new client who imports from China. He visits China once a year and has asked whether his flights include VAT. Do they? I don't know. Comments welcome.

Passenger transport is zero rated. So no vat on air fare.

Also no VAT on any services relating directly to the flight, such as in flight meals etc.
