Hi

I ve been in business for over a year, and I know how this sounds but i had not purchased any certificates (PII, PL) up until now.

I am not a member in practice, do I need to apply for Money Laundering Regulations with HMRC?

    £95 per year I believe.

    Thanks Don Juan, I have downloaded the forms from HMRC website. Not sure if I have to pass the fit & proper test, do ASPs need to do this test, or do we just get on with the MRL100 form?

    No questions where asked when I got mine. I filled in the form and paid my money. ASP's don't have to have a F & P test.
