PEV cost cards

When i've been asked to produce these on the past exams papers i've always made a complete mess of it. Does anyone have any examples, or ways of explaining how to produce one that i might understand?

for example the std cost card on question 1.2 pev december 07. How did the direct labour and production overheads quantity come to 0.2? And the unit price of the production overheads come to 50?
