Don't understand how that works? Does that formula apply to all those types of questions? :confused1:

yep I've always used it and it works for me.

So in the tea bag one, the new price is 5.196 and the old price is 4.80

    so 5.196/4.80 -1 x 100= 8.25%

    :)

There is a few questions on Marginal and absorption costing can anyone explain the difference? Also how do you set them out because it may ask you to set them both out?

    Thanks

    Hello,

Can you help, when calculating Corporation Tax liability am I rounding up or down for the pence? I'm using the Kaplan books which seems to do both in the mock exam answers!

I've done long term borrowing/net assets and its came up with 1.43 which is right as well. Just don't know where the 58.82% has come from?

because the materials are incorrect should be 540000 not 900000 so take out 900000 and put in 540000?
