Further on the limiting factors question:

    First product gave £6 contribution and used 0.06 kg. 6/0.06 = £100.
    Second product gave £9.50 contribution and used 0.1 kg. 9.50/0.1 = £95.

Most of our class seemed to finish quite early. I spent the last 80 minutes checking, and dotting the i's and crossing the t's. So I don't think it was too hard.

Bit question heavy, but one only report/memo and no explain-the-term questions. So I was quite happy with it.

    Yep, I got those aswell.....

I also got 3,865,800 for the standard cost of actual productiom, which I'm fairly sure is correct as my variances balanced

Agreed. I also put a total column on almost every question (previous exam papers where they did product A vs product B showed a total column in the answers).

    Indexing I made:

    First month 90/80*100 = 112.5
    Second month 100/80*100 = 125

    December figure 80/100*135 = £108

    Increase 135-100/100 = 35%

I think I have managed to recall 95% of my Section 1 answers, if anyone wants to compare figures other than what I've already posted.

You don't need every question! And you only get marked wrong once for a mistake, so it doesn't matter if you carried it through. So I've got my fingers crossed for the both of us
