HI GUYS !! ive finally understood what rolling budgets ! about time. herez a small definition to help everyone
Rolling budget can be defined as: Budget or plan that is always available for a specified future period by adding a period ( month, quarter or year ) to the period that just ended. also called CONTINUOUS BUDGET
it's very useful for companies experiencing rapid change, as they require forecasting for much shorter time periods
