Hi,
I have a new client who setup as a Limited Company in February 08. Sales haven't gone as well as she expected and she's also moving back to Holland.
What options are open to her and which would be best?
There are no creditors, in fact there are hardly any transactions to speak of!

Would the company also need to do a tax return for the period or is that everything?
