Portfolio Sign off

in AAT Level 3 (Level 6 in Scotland)
How important is it to get your portfolio signed off by the tutors? I've been signed off for units 6 and 7, but not yet 5 because I had to resit the simulation and only got the results last night. What happens if the portfolio isn't completly signed off?

    You really need to speak to your college tutor regarding this as it may prevent you from completing your course and receiving the certificate.

    If the portfolio isn't completely signed off, your college should not report you as successfully successfully completing all units and on their next visit, the external moderator wil not sign it off either. SPeak to your tutor ASAP to be sure of receiving your results this August. I think there is a cut off date for you college to report their candidates' performance and I am sure it is the end of June/beginning of July.
