I am preparing my 1st P11D I would like just to ask a couple of questions.

The director paid for travel, entertainment and telephone costs with his own credit card and cash.

There is no dispensation. Do I just fill in boxes in the N section under cost to you and not fill in amounts made good? The director has paid himself back pretty much all of the expenses through the DLA.

Do you need to send a list of the individual expenses?
