Freelance Bookkeeping Help!

in AAT Level 4 (Level 8 in Scotland)
Hi

Please can somebody help? I was made redundant the other week and have nearly completed my AAT and was thinking of becoming a self employed bookkeeper/accountant for small businesses/sole traders. I'm not really sure where to start and not sure if I have learnt enough on the AAT for this? I did Business tax but is this enough tax info I would need?

Has enyone got any advice?

    Try the full members forum as they may be able to give you a bit more insight into book keeping and tell you what you need to know.

    but im thinking myself of going self employed too , but havent got the foggiest of how to go about it !
