batch supplier invocie date

i am bit confused with which date should i use in for enter credit note,
the date is 12 jan 2007, then on the credit note the date is 10 jan 2007, so which date is correct to use when enter batch supplier credit . thanks

I would always use the date of the actual document not the date I entered it.

Should use the date of the invoice, posting date is irrelevant.
