hiya....just quick little question someone has asked me, dows anyone know the rate the a rental business should put up his costs to cover extra maintenance costs of a buildign to cover the "building maintenance cost index" or inflation or maintenance costs !
any help would be most appreciated.....tried googling it..but come up blank !
