Hello Everyone,
I have done my unit 15 twice now...the second time getting over 80% but I have been told I have to do additional tasks!!!
Can someone please tell me the correct way to answer the question relating to "how are cash balances managed in the public sector" I have had this question twice and got it wrong both times!!!
Any help would be much appreciated. :crying:
Thanks,
Yestin

this also gets a brief mention in the Osbourne book pages 142-143.0 -
This is what i put and i passed on this. This information is a paragraph i found regarding Public and Private Sector.
Private Sector.
Companies Act regarding directors Duty Of Care regarding the safeguarding of assets and acting in a reasonable and not reckless manner.
Public Sector.
Statutory and other regulations govern the management of cash balances.
Learn these of by heart. i just wrote them otver and over to remember them. It done the trick for me and my college mates.
Good luck !0 -

Don't be surpised.
If you'd got fewer tasks than 80% correct you'd have failed. You have to have 80%+ right to be allowed to do exta tasks.
This is a vital subject in the credit crunch and people who do it must be competent.Sandy
