I'm now off to put a shine on my bonce, if I can't blind them with my knowledge, I'll blind them with the reflection off the bonce....lol
I've had the dreaded phone call. Although I ticked all the boxes and they were well pleased with all my answers, the job went to someone with current ledger and current team experience, in other words, someone who could hit the ground running and not need a week or two to get up to speed.
My question is, they knew all this before interview so why build my hopes up to dash them to pieces hours later.
There were 50 applicants for 1 part time position and 8 of us were interviewed.0 -
Congratulations on being one of the 8 FG, well done :001_smile:0

I get free eye tests anyway being diabetic, free prescriptions too. Woohoo!
Could use the reduced dentists fees though. Went to the dentist a couple of weeks ago with a toothache, she prodded around for a few seconds, prescribed some antibiotics and charged me £20 for it!0 -

Tell me about it lol bloody rip off.
Great clients tho... throw money about like anybodys business.
Recently started & been involved in a 'dentist group' where 15 of us in the office are going to 'specialise' in dentists accounts & TRs as they are quite a big proportion to the firms turnover.0 -
