    hehe yeah suppose its good to be back, going away again at the end of the month to France, and then the end of October, but havent decided where yet. I am currently sporting an injury on my face caused by my surf board fins deciding to give me a haymaker when I came off my board...so am looking hard and nasty!! :lol::lol:

    Weighed myself this morning and i was 12 st dead :001_smile: not bad for 4 days eh??
