Hi all,
I think i have seen this post here before, but can't remember what the answers were. If you have got a client with sage instant v12, I have got sage instant accounts v14. If i took a backup from the client did some work with my V14, when I restore to V12 will it work ok or do I stand a chance of loosing some info.
Any comment highly appreciated.

You can't downgrade from a higher version.
So no, if you restore it to V14 then the client will have to buy 14 to see/amend the data.
You will need to purchase V12. Or you could access your clients PC remotely? Or go to there premises and do the work?0
