While I'm glad you passed Glynis, you haven't exactly come out of this with flying colours and your messages - especially the audit ones which you've still yet to complete - have arguably bordered on harassment. Steve is far too nice a guy to ever refuse anyone help but he does have other commitments and you have pushed him a little too far at times.

I think a little self restraint next time would be the correct thing. And remember that no-one will pay for or have confidence in an accountants abilities who has no confidence in themselves.
