Sage data restoring

Hi i have recently installed sage self study version 14 software and having completed book one have moved onto book two. The first task is to restore data, but although i follow the step by step task when i click "browse" there are no files to open. I have contacted sage by email but they have only got back to me once and the problem is still on going and i can't carry on with my studies til it's sorted. Any suggestions......

    Welcome.

    Have you backed up the data originally so you actually have something to restore?

    Go to file then back-up.

    Back-up the data in a location you will remember, then once backed up you can then go to restore and browse on the back-up file.
