What is the salaries like ? x
Most likely a lesser salary that you are on just now? But it is a 'proper' accountancy role, if you can call it that lol. Full accounts prep, CT computations etc etc.
well i dont know what the average pay is up in glasgow . but i would of put it above the normal being a great big city ...
but even if they are paying for the training and that . the training is benifitting them as well .so it really shouldnt effect it that bad ??
agree my employee pays for my training but my salary is no were near as low as that lol i will stick were i am haha !! i suppose though in this climate as everyone keeps saying it is best getting your training you can always move onto a higher salary when qualified.

While the salary does seem rather low, those who are serious about their future long term careers should always be prepared to make short term sacrifices. Besides, if day release is being offered the salary can arguably be upped by 25% since it's effectively based on working a four day week.
I do like how "on street parking" is offered though: isn't this kinda saying it's actually undesignated parking on a first come, first served basis like everyone else on any other road in any other town?

AK002, I see from the job advert you work with the company who carried out the audits at the last company I worked with. Yet you say on road parking, they used to have a carpark, mind you not many spaces in it. I did not realise their pay structure was that low.
