Online Backups

I know that this has been discussed in the past but I can't find the topic, so I'm asking again:

What does everyone use to back their data up online? and secondly do you recomend it? I was trying to use BT's 'vault' but it was useless so I've given up with that - i need something reliable to replace it with.

    Hi Jodie

I use Carbonite the only problem that I have had with them is it took them over a week to respond to a query I had but they did say they were taking on more staff to deal with the queries quicker. They have had a lot of good reviews recently so I guess the demand was higher than they had expected and they weren't prepared.

I am also currently trialling Sugar Sync which is also back up software and it allows you to access your data on more than one computer. I only signed up to the trial last week so I haven't had a chance to test it yet.
