Does anyone here go to salsa classes? (as in dancing, not any other use of the word!)
One of my friends is trying to talk me into trying it. I have this sneaking suspicions I'm not going to be very good at it. Still, how bad can it be?

Salsa
I "go to " Salsa classes - twice a week its Fab, addictive and helps shed those pounds without realising - you don't feel like your exercising, just having fun!
Important, I feel, to have good co-ordination.
Go for it - you should try it before you write it off! :laugh:0 -

I might give it a go. My official excuse is that I'm very deaf, so can't really hear the beat of the music properly.
I think I'll have to do some research and practice at home before I go. Not quite sure how to do that.0
