Hi can anyone help me! I cant pass PEV and really need help its the 1st part of the exam the variance which i cant understand or get to grips with. Does anyone know a way of helping me learn these or know of a Tutor or a course in the Kent area.

    The way I got my head around it was by learning and writing it as.....

    What it should have cost
    What it did cost.....

    Not sure if it will help but it did me and I passed 1st time in June x

    i did the same as lewpy

    i physically wrote

    what it should cost xxxxxxx
    what it did cost xxxxxxx
    difference xxxxxxx A/V

    i did that on every question and it does help. if you do a search on anything sandy hood has wrote as he is the legend of variances. his posts are really helpful and he really explains everything in detail. i will try and find some links for you and put them on this forum
