just starting out on my own ,ive been approached by a new Letting Agency in my area and they would like me to do their Accounts is there anything in particular I should be aware of .

If they are members of ARLA and hold clients funds ,then they will need certification of the reconciliation of deposits to ARLA for continued membership.0
