Change of company name

I have been asked by a company to prepare their accounts. When I checked them out on Companies House website, they incorporated on 14th Feb 08 and changed their name on 13th Feb 09. Do I just record this in the accounts or are there any other implications I should be aware of?

    You just need to note the change of name and date of change in the accounts
