    Well, seeing as they had $200m to burn on something and remaking Superman was chosen, maybe a severe case of death might have prevented Mr Reeve from reprising his role? But it was ****.

    i thought that they would of really made a good effort not to try and make it a stinker.....but compaired to the first 3 films it was awful...mind you i didnt think the very first superman film was any good !
