I have recently moved to Dallas, Texas in the USA and am trying to apply to sit the CPA exam. I have recently submitted my Uk qualifications for evaluation which includes my trusted AAT qualification. I've been told that the Texas CPA board does not recognise the AAT. Has anyone else encountered a state board of accounting or similar body not recognizing the AAT, and how did you handle it?
