Public Liability and PII

A new client who is just setting up as a Limited Co. has asked me if I can recommend an insurer for Public Liability and Personal Indemnity Insurance. I have PII through the AAT myself, but of course he would not be eligible. Does anyone have any recommendations? I don't think he is part of any particular trade or professional organisation. He is (or will be) a computer consultant.
Many thanks for any replies.
