Hi
We've just started on the Intermediate NVQ pathway and our teacher has set us our first piece of homework to get us used to report writing. We have to research LLP's and how they would benefit our organisation, if at all. This is simple enough, however I just wanted some advice on what the main differences / advantages / disadvantages there are for being taxed as a partnership, or a limited company.
Any comments would be greatfully appreciated.
